Colombian legend Faustino Asprilla suggests that loaned in forward Radamel Falcao won’t join the club on a permanent basis.

The AS Monaco striker didn’t make Man United’s squad for their recent fixture against Southampton and Asprilla feels that van Gaal hasn’t shown Falcao much respect.

In van Gaal’s defence Falcao hasn’t exactly shone when called upon, netting just three goals in 13 appearances, and for that reason alone it seems likely the Man United boss will not elect to pursue a permanent capture of the South American.

Young winger Adnan Januzaj looks to be on his way to a loan exit with his first team chances currently being fairly minimal.

The Belgian international hasn’t started a Premier League match for some time and may benefit from a loan spell at a Premier League side to help beef up his experience in the English top tier.

West Brom have approached Man United with Baggies boss Tony Pulis keen to sign midfielder Darren Fletcher.

The 30 year old Scottish international has seen his first team chances limited by the summer arrivals of Ander Herrera and Daley Blind whilst the resurgence of Marouane Fellaini has also played it’s part in pushing Fletcher down van Gaal’s pecking order.

Out of contract in the summer, Man United may look to cash-in on Fletcher this month.
