Here are six Football League youngsters who you can expect to see in the Premier League soon:

Zach Clough – Bolton

Bolton’s Zach Clough was the best player on the pitch for his side against Liverpool. He only made his first team bow on 3 January 2015 but will have alerted top clubs with his performance.

Delle Alli – MK Dons (on loan)

The 18-year-old MK Dons powerhouse midfielder is a man mountain at his young age and has already scored 12 goals so far this season. Alli signed for Tottenham Hotspur on transfer deadline day for £5 million and was loaned back to the Dons until the end of the season and has an incredibly bright future.

Will Hughes – Derby County

The 19-year-old has already made 104 league appearances for Derby County and amassed 12 caps for England under-21s. Hughes made his first-team debut as a 17-year-old and attracted interest from Manchester United and Manchester City and with Derby going well in the Championship it looks likely that one way or another he will soon be a Premier League player.

Patrick Bamford – Middlesbrough (on loan)

21-year-old striker Patrick Bamford has impressed on loan at MK Dons, Derby County and now Middlesbrough. It remains to be seen whether he can force his way into Jose Mourinho’s plans at Chelsea but if not Middlesbrough look well placed for a tilt at promotion this season.

Nathaniel Chalobah – Reading (on loan)

Chalobah has had loan spells at Watford, Nottingham Forest, Middlesbrough, Burnley and Reading as he has found it difficult to break into Chelsea’s first XI. He is one of England u-21s’ most senior players with 21 caps and will likely be picked up by a Premier League side in the near future.

Cauley Woodrow – Fulham

Cauley Woodrow became the first non-league player to be capped at youth level for England since the 1970s. Formerly of Luton Town, Fulham paid a six figure fee for the striker and he has gone from strength to strength and is still at the tender age of 20.
