Mignolet hasn’t shipped a goal since Liverpool’s 2-2 collapse at Anfield on New Years Day when they lost a two goal lead over Leicester City with his latest shutout coming over derby rivals Everton.

The keeper’s string of good performances have also helped Liverpool to clean sheets against Sunderland, Aston Villa and West Ham.

Mignolet currently sits joint third in terms of clean sheets in the League this season just behind Fraser Forseter and Lukasz Fabianski and on-par with Ben Foster.

And the shot stopper will certainly need to be at his best against Tottenham Hotspur with 22 goal hero Harry Kane expected to be leading the forward line when Spurs visit Anfield on Tuesday night.

The two sides face off in a crucial top four clash which could have serious repercussions on which teams qualify for the Champions League places at the end of the season.
