Liverpool’s official coffee, tea and bakery provider, if you’ll believe that’s actually thing, have been forced to apologise after a PR campaign went awry.

The American company upset fans after tweeting a mock-up Liverpool crest that replaced the eternal Hillsborough flames – a tribute to the 96 fans who died in the 1989 disaster – with milkshakes, the Shankly gates with donuts and the “You’ll never walk alone” mantra with “America runs on Dunkin'”.
Duncan’ Donuts quickly apologised after realising how insensitive the campaign could be perceived but it certainly invoked a lot of response from Reds fans whilst it was still online.
