Aston Villa 0-1 West Bromwich Albion

The Villains have struggled for goals this season, and that doesn’t look like changing under Tim Sherwood.

Tony Pulis seems to have breathed fresh life into the baggies however, and as always defensive stability is his key to success.

I don’t see many goals in this one, but I can see West Brom sneaking a narrow away win.

Hull 2-0 Sunderland

Despite a disappointing loss against Stoke in the last round, Hull have looked far stronger since the return of Nikica Jelavic and the acquisition of Dame N’Doye.

Sunderland are struggling at the moment, and I can see this being a routine win for Steve Bruce’s side.

Southampton 0-1 Crystal Palace

Ronald Koeman’s side have been struggling lately, and have begun to drop away from the top four. They have scored just once in their last five games, and are finding form hard to come by.

Alan Pardew looks to have brought Palace back from the brink, and the Eagles have won all of their last five games on the road.

Manchester City 4-0 Leicester City

City are hosting the Foxes off the back of disappointing defeats against Barcelona and Liverpool. They have the quality to bounce back however, and will be looking to keep the pressure on Chelsea at the top of the table.

Leicester have had an extended break from Premier League action due to Chelsea’s Capital One Cup clash with Tottenham, and are unlikely to enjoy their return to action.

Newcastle 2-1 Manchester United

Louis van Gaal’s side have been poor recently, but have still managed to come away with all three points on a regular basis. I believe their luck will run out at St James’ park, and Newcastle will build on the back of their win over Aston Villa.

The Magpies have struggled since Alan Pardew left the club, but have been largely solid at home this season.

Queens Park Rangers 1-3 Arsenal

Arsenal look to have bounced back following their disappointing 3-1 loss to AS Monaco in the Champions League, and I’m backing them to inflict the same scoreline on the Hoops.

QPR have been erratic this season, and while their home form has been far better than their form on the road, I still can’t see past an Arsenal win.

Tottenham 2-1 Swansea

This one could go one of two ways, depending on the mentality of the Spurs players.

Either they will be left demoralised following their Capital One Cup final loss against Chelsea, and will crash to defeat against Swansea. Or more likely they will bounce back and return to winning ways in the Premier League.

Swansea have been in good form lately, but may struggle at White Hart Lane.

Stoke City 2-1 Everton

What looked like an early blip has turned into a disastrous season for Everton.

Coming off the back of a 2-0 defeat against Arsenal, they are likely to suffer the same fate at the Britannia.

Mark Hughes’ side are in fine form, and having lost just one in six they will be confident heading into Wednesday’s clash with the Toffees.

West Ham 0-2 Chelsea

The Hammers looked to be enjoying a superb season, and many were even tipping them for European success.

They have dropped off significantly however, and have failed to win any of their last five.

Chelsea will no doubt be confident off the back of their Capital Cup final win, and will be looking to extend their lead over Manchester City in the league.

Liverpool 4-1 Burnley

Brendan Rodgers’ side look a totally different team at the moment, and have been enjoying a late surge up the Premier League table.

Buoyed off the back of their 2-1 win over Manchester City, they are likely to prove too much for relegation candidates Burnley.
