Manchester City 2-0 West Bromwich Albion

Burnley was certainly a blip for the Premier League champions, but you would expect Manuel Pellegrini’s side to be back on form against the Baggies.

They will know that they can’t continue to rely on Chelsea dropping points, and may even be worried about losing their second place spot to Arsenal.

Aston Villa 1-2 Swansea

Swansea were extremely impressive against Liverpool, but somehow managed to leave with nothing. Aston Villa also put in a fine performance against Sunderland, but their 4-0 win was more down to Sunderland’s poor defending rather than anything else.

Newcastle 0-2 Arsenal

The Magpies have been poor lately, and there are very few teams below them on the current form guide.

Arsenal will be looking to put their disappointing Champions League exit behind them, and with the race for the top four heating up, they will be looking for all three points against Newcastle.

Southampton 1-0 Burnley

Burnley put in a fantastic performance against Manchester City last week, but may struggle against a defensively solid Southampton side.

The Saints have struggled for goals, but should have enough about them to see off Burnley.

Tottenham 3-1 Leicester

Tottenham put in one of their worst performances of the season at Old Trafford, and their sound beating by Manchester United has essentially put an end to their top four challenge.

They should have no problems against relegation candidates Leicester however, who are languishing at the foot of the table.

Stoke City 1-1 Crystal Palace

Palace have been fantastic under Alan Pardew, and have enjoyed their best performances away from home.

Stoke are notoriously tough to beat at the Brittania stadium however, and the pair are likely to share the spoils this weekend.

West Ham 1-2 Sunderland

Both teams are in horrendous form, but you can’t underestimate the effect of a new manager.

Dick Advocaat is looking to save Sunderland’s season, and the players will be looking to impress their new boss against the Hammers.

Liverpool 2-1 Manchester United

This match could have huge ramifications on the final standings, with these two teams likely to be fighting for the fourth Champions League spot come the end of the season.

Liverpool are in fantastic form at the moment, and despite a blip against Swansea, still managed to come away with the win.

Louis van Gaal’s side played superbly against Tottenham, but they still don’t look like a team that are on the same page.

Hull 0-2 Chelsea

Chelsea have stuttered in the league recently, and seen their lead gradually slip away from them.

They should get back to winning ways against an erratic Hull City side however, as they look to preserve the gap between Manchester City in second place.

QPR 1-0 Everton

QPR are serious relegation candidates, but may get some joy out of a struggling Everton side.

The Toffees are notoriously poor after their European outings, and their morale crushing loss against Dinamo Kiev (and subsequent Europa League exit) may leave them in trouble at Loftus Road.
