1) Johan Cruyff (1973)

A fine solo goal by Barcelona legend Johan Cruyff, which came in a thumping 5-0 win for the Catalan giants at the Bernabeu!

2) Diego Maradona (1984)

More well remembered for his career with Napoli and Argentina, but Diego Maradona has this great Barcelona moment to look back on as he teased Real Madrid before netting here.

3) Santiago Aragon (1990)

What an effort from Santiago Aragon in 1990 – surely one of the best long range goals ever seen in this famous fixture?

4) Roberto Carlos (2000)

Then again, Roberto Carlos also did THIS for Real Madrid in 2000 – what a stunning free-kick from the Brazilian left-back and Bernabeu legend.

5) Zinedine Zidane (2002)

Superbly taken goal by Zinedine Zidane, one of many all-time greats to play in this huge game, and this goal in 2002 helped push Real closer to Champions League glory.

6) Raul (2002)

An under-rated great, Raul has this fine strike to his name in El Clasico and must be one of the top players to play for either side in this game.

7) Xavi (2004)

Best team goal in El Clasico? What vision by Ronaldinho and what a lovely deft touch by Xavi to guide it into the back of the net in a 2-1 Barcelona win at the Bernabeu.

8) Ronaldinho (2005)

This stunning solo goal by Ronaldinho even had Real Madrid fans on their feet applauding in 2005 – perhaps one of the best El Clasico moments?

9) Lionel Messi (2011)

Another wonderful run by Lionel Messi for Barcelona in 2011. The Argentine is the top scorer in El Clasico and this might just be the best of the lot!

10) Gareth Bale (2014)

Incredible pace, strength and composure for Gareth Bale, who won the Copa del Rey for Real Madrid with this late strike against Barca last season – and people say he’s been a flop!
