1) David de Gea (Manchester United)

A world class goalkeeper who seemingly wants the move, David de Gea has been linked with a move from Manchester United to Real Madrid and would be the ideal replacement for the over-the-hill Iker Casillas.

2) Paul Pogba (Juventus)

A world class youngster, Juventus’ Paul Pogba is likely to be the centre of a big bidding war this summer, with Real Madrid among the clubs chasing the Chelsea, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain target. The Frenchman would no doubt be a huge buy for Real and a great addition to their midfield.

3) Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund)

One of the best defenders in the world, Real should perhaps be rivalling Manchester United to sign Borussia Dortmund centre-back Mats Hummels this summer, with players like Pepe and Raphael Varane perhaps needing more in the way of competition.

4) Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund)

With Gareth Bale underperforming, Marco Reus has been linked with Real Madrid and would be another world class addition befitting of the Galactico tag, though the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are all chasing the German forward as well.

5) Sergio Aguero (Manchester City)

One of the best strikers in the Premier League, could long-term Real Madrid target Sergio Aguero be an upgrade on Karim Benzema? The Manchester City man may be tempted by a return to Spain, with City not looking like progressing as expected in the Champions League.
