“We respect England very much, we will play at one of the great stadiums but it will not make us play with any fear” he told the Daily Mirror. “It’s a dream for a lot of us to play there but we have players with experience.”

“Wayne Rooney is in great form, scoring goals and even if they are missing players, they still have great quality. England is the big favourite for this group. But there is still room for a surprise team.”

Lithuania have enjoyed a decent start to their qualifying campaign, lying in 4th place with six points from four games but level on points with second placed Slovenia. Switzerland lie third.

Kick-off at Wembley is at 7:45 pm local time.
