The Blues have been on top since the start of the second half and the goal comes as no surprise.

Asmir Begovic’s clearance fell straight to Eden Hazard who squared for Remy for the easiest of finishes.

Chelsea had taken the lead through a coolly taken Eden Hazard penalty, but for the fourth consecutive home game running the Blues were pegged back as Charlie Adam equalised for the Potters with a stunning 59 yard effort which deceived Thibaut Courtois just minutes before half-time.

The home side have also lost Diego Costa to what looks to be yet another hamstring injury.

The league leaders went in to the game four points clear at the top of the table after Arsenal’s win against Liverpool earlier in the day.

Jose Mourinho’s side still have a game in hand but will want to ensure there are no slip-ups as they aim to land their first league title since 2010.
