Brendan Rodgers admits no Champions League football could cost Liverpool in the transfer market
Five reasons Liverpool must stick with Brendan Rodgers, including possible FA Cup win

The French international who performed so well in Monaco’s brilliant 3-1 Champions League triumph against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium is being coveted by those at the top table of European football, including Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Juventus.

Liverpool staff have traveled to the principality to watch Kondogbia during his run of improved form for Monaco this season, along with other European scouts.

Though the Reds’ chances of Champions League qualification look slim at best, it hasn’t limited Brendan Rodgers’ ambition in the transfer market as the club remain in the frame to snap up Danny Ings and James Milner.

Both players will see their respective contracts expire in the summer and while James Milner would be available at no cost should he decide not to stay at Manchester City, Burnley would be due a compensation fee for England Under 21 international Danny Ings.
