West Ham United’s search for a manager to replace the departing Sam Allardyce has led to reports of a managerial return to the Premier League for former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez, The Telegraph reports.

Allardyce’s future isn’t set in stone, but the delicacy surrounding his contract negotiations has forced the club to sound out potential successors and The Telegraph suggest that Man United flop David Moyes is the top target.
Moyes is currently in Spain with Real Sociedad and it is yet to be determined is the Scotsman would favour a return so soon after enduring a tough period in charge of Man United.
Benitez has been linked with a return to Liverpool (via The Evening Standard) and the Spaniard does seem set to leave Napoli after just two years with the Serie A gaints. Having secured the Coppa Italia trophy in his first season in charge, the 54-year-old is looking to retain the cup.
