“Our commitment and dream is to keep putting Tigres at the top of both Copa Libertadores and CONCACAF Champions League”, said the president. “Tuca is very happy and satisfied to be in a team like Tigres, where professionalism is the foundation of the club”.

Ferretti arrived to the club five years ago, when the team was fighting relegation. He saved the team and a year and a half later won the league title after 29 barren years. It is his third spell with the club.

Tuca also won the Copa MX for Tigres 12 months ago and they were the league runners-up last season. This season they are fifth in the league and have already qualified for the knockout stages of the Copa Libertadores. They have already secured a spot in next season’s CONCACAF Champions League.
