Eden Hazard bagged the only goal of the game to put the Blues firmly in the driving seat to lift their first league title since 2010, though they still have to play their nearest challengers Arsenal.

Former England captain Terry thinks his team mate’s can’t take their eye off the ball though going into the final few games.

Quoted in The Express he said, “”It was a massive win and we are delighted with that ahead of Arsenal next week. They dictated the game better than we did.

“We have not been playing as well as we can of late but we have been grinding out results and we did that again. We were delighted to see Wayne Rooney in midfield. A phenomenal player and such a threat in that role behind the striker.

“We have dipped a bit but we are still picking up results and that is a sign of champions. It has been four years since we won the league and we are very determined. Still not done yet.”

The win at Stamford Bridge was the fourth consecutive one for Terry and his side, giving them a target of nine points to accrue in their last six games to win this season’s Premier League title.
