Liverpool are ready to make an offer to sign exciting Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie in the summer transfer window, with Rickie Lambert involved as part of the deal.
The Reds want to improve their attacking options after a difficult season that has seen them drop out of the Premier League top four and exit both domestic cup competitions at the semi-final stage.
Liverpool’s failed signing of Lambert last summer has been one the problems for Brendan Rodgers, with the former Southampton man not offering enough upfront to replace the departed Luis Suarez.

Bolasie, meanwhile, has attracted plenty of attention this season after some fine individual displays at Selhurst Park, with manager Alan Pardew supposedly slapping a £20m price tag on his head, according to The Sun.
Liverpool hope to bring that price down by offering their veteran backup forward in return, with Rodgers a big admirer of the DR Congo international’s ability out wide.
