The Guardian claims the Reds are interested in landing Ayew and his team-mate Rod Fanni on free transfers this summer, with the duo coming to the end of their respective contracts.

And Ayew has fuelled speculation that he could be on the move by taking to social media site Twitter today and revealing: “I have not yet made a decision on my future,” which will not have gone unnoticed by his suitors:

Liverpool’s disappointing 0-0 draw at West Bromwich Albion delivered a further blow to their fading hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.

Should the Merseyside outfit miss out on a place in Europe’s leading club competition there is likely to be an appetite to freshen up the playing squad this summer, and Ayew could be one of the first men through the door, given his contract situation.

The 25-year-old has scored 11 goals in 25 appearances for Marseille this term, having missed a run of games in the middle of the season due to African Cup of Nations commitments with Ghana.
