The 52-year-old turned up their game with Leeds United in full vacation attire, including sandals, a sombrero, and shorts. He had promised earlier in the season that he would do this, but no one took the bet seriously at the time. The manager stepped off the team bus in the clothing to the surprise of journalists and fans alike.

The Millers are safe from relegation following their win over Reading last Tuesday. The victory consigned Millwall to League One, and also Wigan Athletic to their second relegation in three years. This is Rotherham’s first season in the second tier after being promoted last time round, and they will be hoping that they can build on their success this season.

Luckily Evans changed back in to a suit for the actual match!
