The Italy international has been in great form for the Parisian club this season, becoming a key part of their midfield alongside Thiago Motta and Blaise Matuidi. However, even though he has made 43 appearances for the Ligue 1 giants, scoring three goals and creating another five, they could be willing to let him go.

Manager Laurent Blanc has to let go one of his big-name players due to Financial Fair Play, and the 22-year-old could be the one sacrificed. According to the report, the youngster is the only player at the Parc des Princes to have been the subject of  bids from other teams, and PSG are believed to be open to the idea of selling one of their star men.

The midfielder could be the perfect partner for Francis Coquelin in middle of the park for the Gunners, able to start attacks as well as contribute defensively. However, the North London club will have to fight off some fierce competition to get their man.
