Manchester City have gone a goal up against Queen’s Park Rangers, and look set to consign the London outfit to relegation from the Premier League.

Sergio Aguero scored for the Citizens, his 23rd goal in the Premier League this season. It takes him three ahead of Harry Kane in the top scorer stakes and the Argentina international looks likely to pick up the Golden Boot at the end of the campaign.

Should the Sky Blues go on to win it will take them to second in the table before Arsenal play on Monday night. Manager Manuel Pellegrini could do with the victory to alleviate some of the pressure on him after failing to defend their top flight title.
