Manchester United v Arsenal – KO: 16:00 BST
Arsenal travel to Old Trafford on Sunday knowing that a win will confirm third place in the Premier League and give them a slim chance of finishing second. However, Manchester United will be gunning for victory as well, wanting to avoid the tricky Champions League qualifier that comes with finishing fourth. Even if these ambitions seem to be mostly trivial, as the Gunners have a game in hand which should guarantee them third spot anyway, both sides will be up for the latest encounter in their long running rivalry. The London outfit managed their first win at the ground for nine years in April, although with that being in the FA Cup the hoodoo continues in the league.
The Red Devils meanwhile, will be looking for a big win to signal their intent for next season after a recent run of three defeats and a scraped victory over Crystal Palace. However, they will have to attempt this without captain Wayne Rooney, as well as Michael Carrick and Luke Shaw. Jonny Evans is also a doubt, but Angel Di Maria, Robin van Persie, and Marcos Rojo all return to the fold.
They also won’t be facing former player Danny Welbeck, who scored the winner last time out. Aaron Ramsey does return for Arsenal though, having recovered from a knock suffered in their loss to Swansea City.
