The 23-year-old has shone for Lyon this season, showing himself to be one of the finest attacking players in Europe despite failing to guide the club to a Ligue 1 title victory.

The French international has an impressive record of 31 goals and six assists in all competitions, which has put him on the radars of big clubs like Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea, according to recent reports.

The Daily Star now claims Lacazette himself has hinted at a possible move to the Premier League this summer, admitting that he does not know what his future holds beyond the end of this current campaign.

Asked if he would still be at Lyon next season, Lacazette appeared to put his future into doubt, saying: “I don’t know. That is a question that will be asked at the end of the season.”
