Premier League champions Chelsea travel to the Hawthorns to face West Brom in their penultimate game of the season.
The big team news comes from the Blues, as Jose Mourinho looks to follow up handing Ruben Loftus-Cheek his first Premier League start last time out by giving 18-year-old Isaiah Brown his first-team debut for the club. Coincidentally, Brown’s only previous appearance in the top flight came for the Baggies in May 2013.
However, they will likely have to cope without five players for the game, including Diego Costa. With the Spanish international still struggling with a hamstring issue, Loic Remy will once again lead the line.
Tony Pulis, on the other hand, has few injury concerns. Apart from goalkeeper Ben Foster, the Baggies boss has a full squad to select from – which will help as they have failed to win their last three home games.
Like Mourinho, he could offer a few youngsters a chance in today’s game, with their Premier League status assured, something that looked precarious when the former Stoke boss arrived in January.

CHELSEA: Courtois; Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry (c), Filipe Luis; Loftus-Cheek, Matic; Remy, Fabregas, Hazard; Diego Costa
