The Blues are keen not to let a top class player go easily this summer, despite increasing probability that their long-serving shot-stopper will seek a move away from Stamford Bridge after falling behind in the pecking order this season.

With exciting youngster Thibaut Courtois now Jose Mourinho’s preferred number one, Cech has been unfortunate not to get more playing time and is wanted by a number of top clubs, including rivals Arsenal.

Given Cech’s service to the London giants, Mourinho will not stand in his way if he does choose to move to the Emirates Stadium, though, according to The Sun, he is interested in landing either Walcott or Chamberlain as part of the move.

With Juan Cuadrado failing to impress since joining the club in January, a winger is clearly on Chelsea’s radar for the summer transfer window.
