Luis Enrique will likely find himself in search of a new right-back this summer, with 32-year-old Alves, whose contract ends next month, yet to agree terms with the Catalonian giants.

The Brazil international is set to speak to the press on Monday to discuss his future [via TalkSPORT], with Le 10 Sport indicating that he is likely to confirm his departure from the Nou Camp.

The veteran is believed to be considering a move to Paris Saint-Germain [via Le Figaro], although Arsenal and Manchester United have also been linked to the defender according to the Metro.

If the defender does leave the club this summer Barcelona will be unable to replace him until January, due to a ban on registering new players, according to the Telegraph.

They are already considering their post-Alves options, however, and Sport report that they are considering a bid for Sassuolo right-back Vrsaljko.

The Croatian international moved to the Italian side last summer for a fee of €6.5 million, and according to Le 10 Sport, a fee of €8.5 million would be enough to take him to Catalonia.

He has managed 20 appearances in Serie A so far this season, contributing three assists and helping Sassuolo up to 13th in the Italian top flight.

Another option to replace Dani Alves is current PSG right-back Serge Aurier, with Le Parisien reporting that Barcelona are weighing-up a move for the Cote d’Ivoire international.
