Manchester United stars have been wishing good luck to Radamel Falcao as he returns to AS Monaco after a loan period at Old Trafford.
The 29-year-old has had a disappointing time in the Premier League.
His season has been marred by several injuries, which have limited his contribution, while the forward has also delivered a series of anonymous performances when he has been picked to play. In 32 appearances for the Red Devils the Colombian has scored just six goals and has delivered a series of anonymous performances.
This has led to Louis van Gaal deciding not to take up an option to sign the striker permanently, which would have cost the club £43.5 million according to the Independent. The 63-year-old may now turn his attention to other targets to bolster his front line.
However, despite his bad performances, Falcao seems to have been a popular figure with his teammates at Old Trafford. Several of them have used social media to wish the forward good luck for the future.
