The Blues are seemingly working on a deal to land 16-year-old goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma from the San Siro giants, despite the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain also monitoring the player’s situation.

Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi is known to be a big fan of the starlet and insisted he was made number one for the club’s reserves last season, with the view to bringing him in as part of his first-team squad for 2015/16.

Still, according to the Metro, the Italian giants could now lose this prized asset to Chelsea as manager Jose Mourinho also eyes a new signing in goal, with Donnarumma perhaps ready to be an understudy to Thibaut Courtois in the near future.

With Petr Cech being tipped to leave Stamford Bridge, a new backup keeper could be a priority for Chelsea this summer.
