This Potential Arsenal XI for 2015/16 Including three world-class signings could mount Premier League title challenge

This line-up could well help Emirates Stadium side to major honours next season.

French source RMC Sport has speculated as to how Arsene Wenger’s side could line-up next term and Gunners fans may well be impressed to say the least.

Keeper- Petr Cech (Chelsea)

Chelsea keeper is too good to be warming the Blues bench and a genuine Arsenal target and a whole lot more reliable than both Wojciech Szczesny and David Ospina.

Left-Back – Nacho Monreal

Has edged Kieran Gibbs out of the starting eleven and should retain the spot next term.

Centre-Back – Laurent Koscielny

Frenchman has been as solid as ever at the back this season.

Centre-Back – Per Mertesacker

Koscielny’s ideal partner, though the German has been guilty of the occasional mistake he is still rightly likely to be a key member of Arsene Wenger’s back-line.

Right-Back – Hector Bellerin

Speedy Spaniard is likely to keep Mathieu Debuchy and Calum Chambers out of the starting eleven next term.

Central Midfielder – Morgan Schneiderlin (Southampton)

Despite the great form shown by Francis Coquelin it’s fair to say that most Arsenal fans want a new strong tackling central midfielder and the Saints star is the most likely to fill the role.

Central Midfielder – Santi Cazorla

Impish Spaniard has been outstanding all season long.

Attacking Midfielder – Mesut Ozil

German has started to deliver on his obvious ability this season and his morale is sky-high so expect good things from the World Cup winner in 2015/16.

Left-Wing – Alexis Sanchez

Chilean has had a dream debut season, culminating in a FA Cup final wonder-goal.

Striker – Karim Benzema (Real Madrid)/Jackson Martinez (FC Porto)

This source couldn’t choose between two central striker signings, either of whom would presumably push Olivier Giroud out of Wenger’s starting eleven.

Right-Wing – Theo Walcott

England wide-man showed a great run of form at the tail-end of the campaign and may now be ahead of Danny Welbeck in Arsene Wenger’s plans.
