Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has played the transfer market exceptionally well in recent times, selling the likes of David Luiz and Romelu Lukaku for a profit after deciding they weren’t needed at Stamford Bridge.

This summer, the Blues boss looks ready to do it again as he identifies three unneeded first-teamers who could make way ahead of next season, with a number of top clubs taking notice.

The three players in question are as follows:

1) Petr Cech

Strongly linked with a move to Arsenal, Petr Cech’s sale should bring in around £14m for Chelsea this summer, which is certainly not bad for a 33-year-old backup. The Czech Republic international is now behind Thibaut Courtois in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge and the Blues will certainly benefit from having a little extra to spend.

2) Oscar

A player supposedly in talks over a move to Juventus for £18m, Brazilian playmaker Oscar has perhaps not lived up to expectation at Chelsea, though Mourinho has previously suggested he remains a key part of his plans.

3) Mohamed Salah

Valued at around £10.5m, Mohamed Salah has been linked with a move to Tottenham this summer, though AC Milan are also interested after the Egyptian starlet impressed in a loan spell with Fiorentina in Serie A.
