Goalkeeper – Simon Mignolet
Belgian did enough in the second half of the season to warrant another chance to hold on to his starting spot ahead of new signing Adam Bogdan.
Left-Back – Alberto Moreno
Spaniard had an up and down time of it in his debut season but has the quality to step up his game in 2015/16.
Centre-Back – Martin Skrtel
Slovakian is the solid anchor in the centre of our predicted Liverpool defence.
Centre-Back – Mamadou Sakho
We select the Frenchman ahead of Dejan Lovren.
Right-Back – Nathaniel Clyne (Southampton)
We predict Liverpool will snap up the England man in the coming weeks.
Defensive Central Midfield – Emre Can
German youngster will fill a defensive midfield role in our XI.
Central Midfield – Jordan Henderson
Perhaps the first name on Brendan Rodgers’ team-sheet.
Left-Wing – Philippe Coutino
Magical Brazilian to fill a left-wing berth.
Attacking-Midfielder – Roberto Firmino
New signing will sit in the hole behind the central striker.
Right-Wing – Adam Lallana
We feel the former Southampton man will grow into a far more effective performer in 2015/16. We are also assuming Raheem Sterling will be sold.
Striker – Daniel Sturridge
Sturridge is our starting striker with Danny Ings in place should the forward not retain full fitness.
