Recent rumours suggest Liverpool could see three of their first-team players make the move to London this summer, including Chelsea target Raheem Sterling

1) Raheem Sterling

Despite mainly being targeted by Manchester City, Liverpool forward Raheem Sterling has also been tracked by Chelsea in recent months, with reports suggesting the Blues were readying a £42m bid to bring the 20-year-old to Stamford Bridge this summer, in what would no doubt be a big blow for the Reds.

2) Fabio Borini

Linked with an £8m move to West Ham United, Fabio Borini seems almost certain to leave Anfield this summer after failing to command a regular first-team place since joining the club.

3) Glen Johnson

Finally, a player who has already left the club at the end of his Liverpool contract, Glen Johnson could be following Borini to east London by also rejoining his old club West Ham, having reportedly held talks with the Hammers.
