1) Branislav Ivanovic (81 to 85)
One of the best right-backs in the world, Branislav Ivanovic has just had another superb season with Chelsea and deserves a ratings increase, possibly moving from 81 to 85.
2) Thibaut Courtois (86 to 89)
Already a highly rated goalkeeper on last season’s edition of the game, Thibaut Courtois should go even higher next season, possibly as high as 89 after shining in his first season as Chelsea’s number one.
3) Eden Hazard (88 to 90)
Establishing himself as truly world class last season, Eden Hazard could make the small jump from 88 to 90 on FIFA 16.
4) Cesc Fabregas (84 to 87)
Back to his best after moving back to the Premier League, Cesc Fabregas’ excellent debut season for Chelsea deserves to see him move up from 84 to at least 88 for the Blues.
5) Diego Costa (85 to 88)
After a title-winning first season brought about by his great run in front of goal, Chelsea striker Diego Costa is another who deserves a ratings increase to about 88.
6) Oscar (84 to 86)
A key player for Chelsea again, Brazilian starlet Oscar continues to improve and could go up from 84 to 86 by the time FIFA 16 hits the stores.
7) Juan Cuadrado (83 to 85)
Despite a slow start at Chelsea, Juan Cuadrado shone for Fiorentina last season and has the potential to be a hit if given the chance in the Premier League, so could go up from 83 to 85 on FIFA 16.
