GK: Thibaut Courtois

Made number one for Chelsea last season, Thibaut Courtois will certainly continue in that role for 2015/16, with Asmir Begovic joining as his backup.

DR: Branislav Ivanovic

An excellent right-back in no need of replacing, Branislav Ivanovic will remain first choice in defence for the new season.

DL: Baba Rahman

With Jose Mourinho admitting he wants to sign a left-back, it could be that exciting youngster Baba Rahman will come in for around £20m to replace Cesar Azpilicueta.

DC: John Terry

Still one of the best defenders in the world, John Terry played every single minute of last season’s Premier League title-winning campaign and should be a regular again.
