Linked with both Arsenal and Roma this summer, Edin Dzeko is on his way out of Manchester City and could be a decent option for the Gunners to consider. The Bosnian international would likely command a fee of just £16m, which is very good for a proven Premier League goalscorer with title-winning experience.

2) Saido Berahino (West Brom)
An exciting young player who could move for around £15m this summer, West Brom striker Saido Berahino would be a bit of a gamble, but certainly one worth thinking about for Arsenal if Benzema proves too pricey.
3) Loic Remy (Chelsea)
Linked with Arsenal in the past, Chelsea striker Loic Remy is perhaps set to be third choice for the Blues this season and could surely be tempted to leave the club. Valued at around £15m, the prolific Frenchman has been linked with the likes of West Ham this summer.
4) Javier Hernandez (Manchester United)
Recently linked with a £14m move to West Ham, Javier Hernandez is an underrated player who could be exactly the kind of goal-poacher Arsenal need this season. The Mexican international did well on loan at Real Madrid, scoring some important goals despite only being a squad player and could surely thrive with the service at Arsenal.
5) Fernando Llorente (Juventus)
Not the player he once was, but Juventus striker Fernando Llorente is seemingly on Arsenal’s radar this summer due to being up for sale for a bargain £8.5m, which has also seen Liverpool and Crystal Palace show an interest.
