Manchester United star rejects BIG MONEY offer to prove himself at Old Trafford

Manchester United star Javier Hernandez has turned down a large offer from LA Galaxy to stay at Old Trafford, reports the Daily Express.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away throughout the summer, but this would seem to put those rumours to bed. This will not only be a disappointment to West Ham and Tottenham, but also the MLS side.

It had been mooted that a $10 million-a-season offer was on the table from Galaxy, who have recently signed Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard. However, the Mexico international is keen to prove himself with the Red Devils. He may have more hope of getting a chance at the club after the departures of Robin van Persie and Radamel Falcao.

The striker was on loan at Real Madrid during the last campaign, where he scored seven goals in just 859 minutes of La Liga action. The poacher will be hoping for more time on the pitch this time round, which may well be on offer as United look to impress on four fronts.
