Baines injury could see Toffees sign United flop.

The news of the Leighton Baines injury could see Everton manager Roberto Martinez make a surprise move in the transfer market for a player who flopped at Manchester United.

The Toffees are considering signing Dynamo Moscow left-back Alexander Buttner to replace the England international, who faces three months out of action in a huge blow for the club.

According to the Daily Mail, Everton will now try to bring the Dutchman back to the Premier League, despite his poor performances during his spell at Old Trafford.
