Chelsea transfer news – big bid has been made.
Chelsea have received a £25m bid from AS Roma for highly-rated youngster Kurt Zouma, according to surprise reports today.
The talented French centre-back is not currently a first-team regular at Stamford Bridge, but has previously been hailed as one of the best young defenders in Europe for his fine form at previous club Saint-Etienne.
Still, a lack of playing time since moving to England could make a move to the Stadio Olimpico very tempting for his career, and the Daily Mirror says a loan move is also possible.
