Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani is set to have a medical with Arsenal ahead of joining the Gunners next week, in what is expected to be a club-record £50m deal, according to the Metro.

According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester United could hijack Arsenal’s move to sign Real Madrid star Karim Benzema, who has long been linked with a switch to the Emirates Stadium.
Krychowiak will be Arsenal’s next signing
Telegraph journalist Jason Burt has tipped Arsenal to sign Sevilla defensive midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak next, with the Polish international available for just £21m and strongly tipped to move to the Gunners.

Arsenal are also looking at Bayer Leverkusen ace Lars Bender in the middle of the park, with the Daily Mirror claiming the north Londoners have recently had scouts assess the German international.

The Guardian reports that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has spoken about the high turnover of players at both Real Madrid and Barcelona helping him to sign big names like Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, perhaps hinting at further raids on the La Liga giants this summer.
