Returning to Stamford Bridge for the first time since he left Chelsea in the summer, Petr Cech will certainly be back in goal for Arsenal this weekend after being strangely rested against Dinamo Zagreb in midweek.

DR: Hector Bellerin

Arsenal’s first choice right-back, Hector Bellerin is sure to take his place on the right-hand side of the back four in this big game.

DC: Gabriel

Hugely impressive since coming into the team this season, Gabriel is likely to be in Wenger’s line up against Chelsea as the Gunners look to deal with the threat of Diego Costa.

DC: Laurent Koscielny

An important part of Arsenal’s defence, Laurent Koscielny will need a big game this weekend if they are to end their poor record against the Blues.

MC: Francis Coquelin

With Mikel Arteta performing so poorly after returning to the starting line up in midweek, youngster Francis Coquelin is sure to take his defensive midfield role back against Chelsea.

MC: Santi Cazorla

Arsenal’s main playmaker, Santi Cazorla will have a major role to play against Chelsea and will need to escape the attentions of Nemanja Matic in front of the opposition back four.

AMR: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

So impressive in the Community Shield win over Chelsea in August, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could be a good option on the right again this weekend, especially if he’s up against new-boy Baba Rahman.

AML: Alexis Sanchez

Not yet at his best this season, there is still little chance of Alexis Sanchez losing his place in the Arsenal team as he can change big games like this in an instant.

AMC: Aaron Ramsey

Finally playing in his preferred role, Aaron Ramsey could come in for Mesut Ozil after being rested in midweek, and may be more useful than the German in a difficult and physical game such as this one.

FC: Theo Walcott

Certainly ahead of Olivier Giroud at the moment, Theo Walcott completes our Arsenal predicted line up after continuing his run in front of goal in the loss to Zagreb on Wednesday.
