Five signings Chelsea can make if the Real Madrid Hazard deal goes through.

A look at five signings Chelsea can make if the rumoured Real Madrid Hazard goes through, including Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus and other big names…

1) Gareth Bale (Real Madrid)

In a potential swap deal with Real Madrid, Chelsea could revive their interest in Gareth Bale if they do agree to sell Hazard to the Spanish giants, though Manchester United are also known to be interested in the Welsh forward.

2) Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund)

Another world class attacking midfielder, Marco Reus would be a fine like-for-like replacement for Hazard if he left Stamford Bridge,  though other big names like Arsenal, Liverpool and Barcelona are also after the German international.

3) Isco (Real Madrid)

Another Real Madrid player who could potentially make way if they bring in Hazard, Isco has been linked with Chelsea in the past and could go some way to filling that attacking role in the Blues’ starting line up.

4) Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid)

A world class goalscorer from out wide, Antoine Griezmann was linked with Chelsea and Manchester United for around £40m this summer and would be a bargain at that price, potentially becoming a better player than Hazard in the future.

5) Mario Gotze (Bayern Munich)

Finally, another option for Chelsea if the Real Madrid Hazard deal goes through, Mario Gotze has been on the Blues’ radar in the past and would be a similar style of skillful forward, even if things haven’t always gone for him in his time at Bayern Munich.
