Perhaps Diego Costa and Eden Hazard are not as pre-destined to leave Stamford Bridge as we once thought. Whether it was a by-product of a weak opponent or a legitimate return to top form, Jose Mourinho will undoubtedly be happy to see his players get a much-needed “W” before the end of the month.
Here are the Chelsea player ratings from their 1-0 win over Norwich City:

(Video) Man United star Daley is too Blind after balls gets thrown in his face
GK Asmir Begovic – 7/10
Stopped a perfect shot in the first 15 and got his first clean sheet in what seems like an eternity.
DF Kenedy – 6/10
Getting the start in place of Azpilicueta, Kenedy had a solid game and several big defensive stops.
DF John Terry – 7/10
Had a key interception before the half to protect from a would-be Norwich score and a good overall performance that included five cleared balls.
DF Zouma – 8/10
Strong game for Zouma who led the team in successful tackles, cleared balls and drew a foul
DF Bransilav Ivanovic – 7/10
Almost as surprising with John Terry’s good game was Ivanovic’s, who drew a foul and made two successful tackles.
MF Nemanja Matic – 7/10
Had a perfect shot at the 85′ mark that was only narrowly saved by the Norwich stopper. Matic played a very clean game.
MF Cesc Fabregas – 8.5/10
Had the assist to Costa’s goal and was the team’s leading passer. A phenomenal game for the former Golden Boy.
MF Pedro – 6/10
Pedro recorded several shots that just slipped wide of the mark. A strong performance after he seemed to be so lost for the last month.
MF Willian – 8/10
Came close to making a huge score in the first few minutes and couldn’t be defended. But his yellow card foul for throwing the ball in a defender’s face was extremely childish.
MF Eden Hazard – 8/10
Created a solid scoring opportunity for Willian and played with much more fire than the previous three weeks.
MF Diego Costa – 9/10
Outside of a bizarre early shot that appeared to sail out of Stamford Bridge, Costa was on target with his shots and finally ended his slump with a goal in the second half.
Substitutes:
Oscar – 7/10
Came on in relief of Pedro, opened up a scoring lane for Matic.
Ramires – 6/10
Relieved Willian, had a few minutes to shine and did alright.
Cesar Azpilicueta –
Stoppage time sub for Hazard, Azpilicueta did what he needed to keep Norwich well clear of the goal in the final minutes.
