Everton striker in talks with Turkish giants

Everton’s star striker Oumar Niasse is in talks with Galatsaray according to the Turkish outlet Fotomac.

The report states that the Turkish giants want to loan the 26-year-old for the upcoming season and have been in contact with Niasse’s agent.

Fotomac go onto state that Everton are demanding a €1.5 million loan fee while Niasse is asking for €3 million per season.

The Senegal international made the move to Everton for £13.5 million from Lokomotiv Moscow at the beginning of the year, making him the third most expensive signing in Everton’s history.

Niasse has struggled since joining Everton and ended the season without scoring a goal in the Premier League.

The 26-year-old is no stranger to the Turkish Super League after an impressive spell at Akhisar Belediyespor which earned him a move to Russia for €5 million.

Niasse previously played for Akhisar Belediyespor in the Turkish league where he scored 15 goals in 40 appearances.
