Manchester United set to sign Juventus superstar for world-record £112m

Manchester United are set to complete the signing of Paul Pogba from Juventus according to a The Sun.

The daily tabloid report that ‘a top Juventus source has stated that a deal with United is done.’ If the transfer goes though, Pogba will become the most expensive player in the world with a £112 million transfer fee being reported.

The Sun goes onto state that United will pay Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola £20 million fee in full. Man Utd have been busy during the summer transfer window having already landed Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Eric Bailly.

Pogba previously played for the Red Devils and made his senior debut in the 2011-12 season. However, the 23-year-old left Old Trafford for Juventus after failing to break into the first team on a consistently.

The France international provided 16 assists and scored ten goals in 49 appearances for Juventus last season. Pogba also played a major role in the France national team’s run to the Euro 2016 earlier this summer.
