The Brazil international defender David Luiz has completed his transfer from PSG to Chelsea according to SkySports News.
Luiz has returned to Chelsea after the Blues offloaded him to PSG – for a world record fee – for a defender – of £50 million.
Meanwhile, SkySports state that Chelsea have agreed a £30 million deal with PSG to re-sign the defender, meaning the London based club have brought Luiz for £20m less than then sold him for in 2014.
Chelsea released a statement earlier stating that a fee had been agreed with PSG but that they were yet to agree personal terms with Luiz.
“Chelsea Football Club and Paris Saint-Germain have agreed terms for the transfer of David Luiz back to London.
“The move is now subject to him agreeing personal terms and passing a medical.”
The Blues did agree personal terms and submit the paperwork in time for the transfer to go through.
Chelsea take on Swansea City in their next Premier League fixture on September 11.
