Pep Guardiola hater back in full flow as he insists snub of client will lose Manchester City ‘millions of fans’

The agent of Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has again hit out at Pep Guardiola publicly over his on-going snub of his client.

Dimitri Seluk hasn’t been shy in airing his feelings about the situation at City, with Toure failing to even make the bench for a single match this season and has also been left off the club’s Champions League squad list.

In turn, he will look to sign a pre-contract agreement with another club in January, with his current deal at City set to expire next summer.

Seluk already hit out at Guardiola after the Champions League snub, and it appears as though he still has things he wants to get off his chest as it’s debatable as to whether or not he’s making the situation better.

“They will lose a lot of millions of supporters from Africa because of this decision from Guardiola,” he told The Daily Mail.

“Now they will support Manchester United. A lot of people in Africa say they will never see any more matches of City on TV.

“Yaya in January can sign a pre-contract agreement with clubs abroad. China and America of course they want him but we will have a lot of offers from England and Europe. He is in very good shape, very good condition, I think he lost seven kilograms.

“Maybe that’s not good enough for Guardiola, but then Zlatan Ibrahimovic wasn’t good enough for him. In January we will see. It is three months to wait, no problem. Yaya is a very professional guy.”

Toure had been an instrumental part of the City team in recent years, with the 33-year-old winning two Premier League titles, an FA Cup and two League Cups during his time with the club.

However, the alarm bells would have been ringing as soon as the appointment of Guardiola was confirmed given their history during their time at Barcelona.

The Spanish tactician didn’t want him then and it appears as though he doesn’t want him now either, and so a move prior to the transfer deadline would have been the smart thing.

Having failed to secure a move elsewhere, it looks as though a January deal is on the cards, with Toure set to let his contract wind down before departing Manchester. It’s likely that Seluk will have a few more words for Guardiola between now and then, as there is certainly still some animosity from his side over the treatment of his client.
