Olivier Giroud missed the chance of the night during France’s 0-0 draw with Belarus.
The 29-year-old was slid through on goal by Antoine Griezmann however, Giroud was unable to find the back of the net and ended up missing the goal completely. Giroud was later taken off and received a hostile reception from the traveling French fans.
Following the game we took to social media to see how Giroud’s performance went down with Arsenal fans. It’s safe to say they were not impressed, with some even calling for new transfer Lucas Perez to start on Saturday in his place.

Giroud was given an extended break after leading France to the Euro 2016 final over the summer. Arsenal host Southampton at the Emirates stadium this weekend.
The 29-year-old provided six assists and scored 16 goals in 38 Premier League appearances for Arsenal last season.
