The EFL Cup Fourth Round draw saw 10 Premier League sides as well as six lower tier sides face off against each other.
There will be two derbies in the next round with Manchester United locking horns with Manchester City and West Ham taking on Chelsea.
Arsenal and Hull City are the only Premier League sides that will not face another top-flight team. Hull take on Bristol City while the Gunners face Reading.
Liverpool are set for a clash against Tottenham while Southampton will take on Sunderland.
The only two non-Premier League affairs will be played between Leeds and Norwich as well as Newcastle United and Preston.
The games will be played the week of October 24 and the winners will progress to the quarter-finals.
City are the reigning League Cup champions having lifted the trophy under the stewardship of Pellegrini last season.
