The former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand took to social media after yesterday’s clash between Tottenham and Leverkusen, to share a photo of himself alongside Javier Hernandez.
Ferdinand played alongside Hernandez while at Man United and labled the Mexico international as the ‘goal getter’.
Leverkusen recorded a 1-0 victory over Tottenham in the UEFA Champions League yesterday but it was Keven Kampl who scored the games only goal.

Hernandez has scored seven goals in 14 appearances for Leverkusen this season.
