Manchester transfer news: Jose Mourinho lines up £8m move for Portuguese star and Tottenham target

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is lining up an move for Galatasaray’s star winger Bruma, according to The Sun.

Per-the-source, the Portuguese tactician is keen on adding much needed pace to the squad with the 22-year-old. The report goes onto state that the Red Devils have set aside £8 million for the Galatasaray midfielder.

The Sun also states that Tottenham has also tracked the 22-year-old in recent months.

Meanwhile, Galatasaray are keen to extend Bruma’s contract following an impressive start to the 2016-17 season. The former Sporting Lisbon man has three assists and four goals in 11 apperances for Galatasaray this season.

Bruma is available for a fee in the region of £20 million according to Squawka. The talented winger made the move to Galatasaray from Sporting for £8.5m, back in 2013.

Manchester United take on their title rivals Arsenal in the Premier League next weekend as they look to build upon their 3-1 win over Swansea City last week.
