Chelsea U23s beat Southampton U23s 3-2 at Cobham thanks to a late winner from Marco van Ginkel.
The Dutch midfielder shared a picture from the game on his Instagram account and revealed that he was ‘happy’ with the goal.

The 23-year-old has made just one full 90 minute display for the Chelsea first-team this season and that was in the EFL Cup. Ginkel has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League over the current league campaign.
