Since emerging onto the scene for Leicester during the club’s insane 2015/16 Premier League title winning season, Mahrez has constantly been one of the most sought-after players in the league.
The Algerian international’s Messi-like close control and absolute wand of a left foot has seen some describe him as one of the best wingers in the league, a fair shout considering just how good the player is.
The Sun have reported in the past that Guardiola and Man City want to bring the player to the Etihad, and that the club could be close to landing a £75M deal for the player.
If Mahrez is to sign for City, it’ll give them another great option out-wide, an would surely make their midfield the best in the league in terms of sheer quality.
